How to order on Rappi what you can’t find on Rappi
Rappi is an amazingly convenient delivery service in South America. You can get in under one hour everything from restaurant meals to supermarket products to electronics and even cash from the ATM. It’s similar to Amazon Prime/Fresh in the US, but with a much wider variety of products and incredibly cheap delivery fees (about $1.5/delivery, or $5 for free deliveries for a month).
However, Rappi doesn’t have everything you’d find in the local supermarket. What do yo do if you want something they don’t seem to have?
Well, here you go (video, and step-by-step instructions below):
- Find your product on the supermarket’s store (Exito, Carrula, Farmacia Pasteur, Siembra Viva organic produce etc. — any of the stores that Rappi delivers from)
- Log into Rappi, click this link, then scroll down
- Click the button to add a product they don’t have:
Now copy & paste the name of your product, and click “Aggregar”! If you want, you can add the product’s link in the “Descripción del producto” field.
That’s it! Enjoy the expanded Rappi :)
